It seems I've been on a Valentine kick lately. I just love this little Stampin' Up stamp. She's so fun to color - and fast! I colored her with Copics then cut her out using Spellbinders circle die. That was mounted on a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle. The paper is a darling new Little Yellow Bicycle paper from their new Cupcake Collection. The hearts border was cut using a MS border punch. Silk ribbon and a Little Yellow Bicycle stick pin complete the card.
